Sole Authorship
BACKGROUND
I enjoy making knives and have been doing so since 1989.
I strive to make your knife a pleasure to use and one you will be proud to own. I make the entire knife start to finish, which includes design, construction, embellishments, and heat treating. Nothing is farmed out to anyone else. I believe in the concept of "Sole Authorship". I handcraft a top quality hand sewn leather sheath for each knife I make when the style of knife requires it. When you purchase a knife from me you can be assured that it is made entirely by me and that it is of the highest quality.
I use the stock removal method to profile and grind my knives. The steels I am now using are CPM S30V stainless steel (Lockback folders), 440C or ATS-34 (fillet knives), ATS-34 (stainless steel hunting knives), D-2 tool steel (any knife where stainless steel is not a prerequisite), A-2 tool steel (Bowies, non stainless steel hunting knives), 5160 ( larger Bowies ) and most any other steel that the customer might like such as 1095, 01 and the other CPM steels.
I am a charter member of the Florida Knifemakers' Association. I am also a member of The National Knife Collectors Association, The National Rifle Association, and the Knifemakers' Guild.

I fully guarantee my knives for things I can control such as workmanship.
Problems caused by climate changes, abuse or not taking reasonable care are excluded.
