The premium Desert Ironwood scales are dove tailed into a Fossil Walrus Tusk spacer and a 416 stainless steel bolster. The full tang is taper ground. The spine has my hand filed vine pattern file work. The handle pins are nickel silver. WINTER TWIGGY DROP POINT HUNTER This little 1/8 "X 1" X 4 " drop point Hunter (9" overall) is made of premium high carbon ATS-34 stainless steel and is hollow ground. The spine has my hand filed filework in a vine pattern. The curly maple handle is dovetailed into 416 stainless steel bolsters and it also has a red fiber spacer running the length of the full tapered tang. The sides of the handle have fine silver wire inlay in a Winter Twig pattern, the hidden handle bolts are stainless steel. The blade has been triple tempered with a sub-zero quench to a Rc ~61. This 1/8" X 1" X 4" hunter is made from premium ATS-34 stainless steel. The blade is hollow ground. The filework on the spine is a "V" pattern. It has been tripled tempered with a sub-zero quench to a ~ Rc 61. The knife has a 3/16" lanyard hole in the end of the rear bolster. The handle is Curly Maple with a silver wire (.999%) inlay in my winter "Twiggy" pattern dovetailed into a 416 stainless steel front bolster. The rear bolster is also 416 stainless steel with nickel silver pins. The spacer in front is reconstituted Turquoise stone. The wet formed hand sewn leather sheath is 7/8 oz. vegetable tanned leather dyed in a dark brown color with a concho that has the same type of turquoise as the handle. The blade is hollow ground and sports 3' inches of vine pattern hand file work decorating it's spine. The rear bolster is 416 Stainless steel as is the front bolster. The front bolster is dovetailed to accept the premium Desert Ironwood scales that rest on red fiber spacers. The handle bolts are stainless steel.
